Washdown Coils

Designed with consideration for the cleaning solution, access to the tubes for cleaning and ease of expelling contaminates. All Stainless Steel construction. The coils can be designed with finned tubes, wide fin spacing for cleanability or bare tubes. If the internals of the coil must be cleaned a removable header can be used to provide access to the tubes for Clean in place (CIP) capability. Material selection can be a crucial decision for coils in this industry, so we offer alternative to traditional materials such as; Stainless steel (304, 316), AL-6XN, Aluminum (up to .032″ thick) and Copper (fins only).
